Please contact us for information on timings and to arrange an appointment. Please be aware that if you change your mind about the treatment or session after arrival, we reserve the right to charge in full or in part for the time allotted for the appointment. We welcome your attention to careful timekeeping: if you are likely to be late, please call or send a text to advise an estimated arrival time as soon as possible. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may be cancelled if there will be insufficient time to complete the session or provide an appropriate service in the time remaining.
Booking Your Place Please enrol to attend a class or course by filling in the relevant fields in the website Contact form. The course details include information on course fees and deposit required to hold your place. In some instances, full payment is due upon enrolment. For other classes, a deposit will hold your place, and the balance is due in full two weeks before the class begins. We will confirm your place in the class, and will forward further details on the location and how to get there. You can pay either by cheque or by bank transfer for classes.
Agreement with Light Horizon Attending any type of workshop or course that explores esoteric, holistic, or intuitive studies or any type of course or seminar that involves self-development may affect your subconscious thought processes. Some of the exercises and meditations, particularly in the Awakening Your Light Body course, will involve your experiencing an expanded state of consciousness. You will not be compelled to engage in any activities against your will. All hand-outs from the class/courses and their content are confidential and Copyright is asserted. We ask that you do not teach or share any of the content or materials without written permission. When you attend a class we ask that you take full responsibility for your well-being during and after the class.
We ask that you honour the agreement we make and consider the potential impact if you need to cancel or postpone an appointment. At least 24 hours’ notice is required so that we can offer the time allocated to someone else. We also reserve the right to charge in full or in part for late cancellations or no-shows. The invoice will be sent by first class post or email and payment will be due by return.
We wish to remind you that an appointment for channelled consultation is not legally binding, neither is it a substitute for the consultation of medical, psychological, legal or financial professionals. You may be given information that could bring about positive change in your life but any choices you make are your own personal and legal responsibility.
We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act). We do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our website, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older. All minors between the ages of 13 to 18 years that are eligible to attend our classes or who wish to book an individual appointment must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
We undertake to answer your questions as clearly as possible. Please let us know if any information passed on to you is unclear. We promise to treat you with respect and courtesy and expect the same in return.
Confidentiality: All discussion during appointments, classes and online transmissions is completely confidential. However, if we are concerned about your physical, emotional or psychological safety arising from information that you disclose during the consultation, we may be professionally and legally obliged to inform the relevant public authority. Your safety and well-being is priority for us at all times.
Personal information is held on file only for the purpose of improving client service and for contacting you about our work and up-coming projects that may be of interest. If at any time you wish to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email. We collect information from you when you subscribe to our newsletter or fill out a contact form, or give your details to us in an alternative off-line format. We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you enter, submit, or access your personal information. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in servicing you, as long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety. Record-keeping practices are maintained in compliance with the regulatory body standard (BRCP) and Data Protection Act (1988). You have access to your records upon request.
Office hours are between 9.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday. Please leave a voice message on the phone if we cannot answer immediately and we will call back as soon as we can.
As a precaution and to support your safety and well-being, you may not be invited to join the classes, and we may refuse to offer a one-to-one session if it could influence the safety and well-being of either party. If any of the following apply, please contact us before enrolling for a class or booking an appointment:
– you are or may be less than three months pregnant
– suffer from a serious mental illness (schizophrenic, psychotic, dis-associative, bi-polar or depressive disorder)
– experience seizures
– are taking any drugs, prescribed, self-medicated or illegal, which could affect your decision to participate in a class or your ability to understand this information.
It is your responsibility to inform us if you do experience any of these conditions.
Whilst we take every precaution to package your painting in protective casings when in transit, on the rare occasion a painting may become damaged on its way to you. We undertake to repair a damaged painting, or replace it if it is found to be beyond repair, upon receipt. We will ask for detailed photos of the damage before entering into any agreement to do so and ask for your patience and understanding if this is necessary.
Appointments: We reserve the right to amend fees for services in accordance with inflation and in line with guidelines issued by professional bodies. Details of current fees can be found on our printed literature, on our website or upon enquiry. Cash settlement for one-to-one treatments or sessions is preferred, and payment is due at the beginning of each appointment.
Classes: You can pay by bank transfer, by a cheque drawn on a UK bank account for classes, or we can send you an online invoice. Please make cheques payable to Janine Greaves and post them to arrive no less than 2 weeks before the class date. If cheques are returned, you will be charged the return fee. Deposits for classes are not refundable and not transferable. The balance of the fee is due two weeks before the class begins, or is payable in cash on the first day. Fees are not refundable for cancellation within one week of the class date. If you cancel or choose to leave once the class has begun, the full fee paid by you is not refundable. We charge for our time, facilities costs and materials used in preparation for the classes. If we are forced to change the date and or location of the workshop, you will be given as much advance notice as possible. If you are not able to attend under the new arrangements payment already received will be refunded in full.
Paintings: We charge only for the skills, time and materials used in each commission, not for the final image portrayed. All fees paid are non-refundable. You can choose to pay by bank transfer, by cheque, or we can send you an online invoice.
All classes and appointments are held in a non-smoking environment and we ask that you do not smoke on the premises. We also ask you respectfully to keep all mobile phones and pagers switched off during classes and appointments. Please refrain from wearing strong perfumes or after-shaves or using other strongly scented products in the classroom.
